AI-Empowered Agents: Practical Applications & Professional Responsibility
This course provides a practical introduction to artificial intelligence in real estate. It explores what AI is, how it works, where it fits into an agent’s workflow, and how it can improve efficiency and client communication. It also highlights the legal, ethical, and professional responsibilities that come with using AI in a client-facing business. Throughout the course, the focus remains on using AI as a tool to support the agent—not replace the agent. By the end, learners will have a clearer framework for using AI with confidence, judgment, and accountability.
The 4Ps to Becoming the Agent Clients Choose
This course provides a practical framework to help real estate professionals build a more visible, credible, and consistent business. Built around the four pillars of Presence, Presentations, Promotion, and Positioning, the course explores how clients form perceptions, build trust, and decide which agent to work with. Rather than relying on disconnected tactics, agents will learn how to align the way they communicate, market themselves, and demonstrate value throughout the client experience. By the end of the course, participants will be able to strengthen their professional presence, communicate their value more effectively, and position themselves as the clear choice for the clients they want to serve.
