Member Services Coordinator

SPAAR is currently seeking a Member Service Coordinator for its Maplewood headquarters. This in-person entry level, hourly, full-time position reports directly to SPAAR’s Director of Member Engagement and is responsible for:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members.
  • Answer the phones.
  • Process new member applications.
  • Process membership additions and changes.
  • Handle inquiries related to membership.
  • Administer electronic lock box system (complete the purchase, program, text and distribute lockbox to the members).
  • Assist members with MLS and association services questions.
  • Post MLS, annual dues, and other payments to member accounts.
  • Manage front desk and member areas.
  • Open and distribute mail.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to assist other Management Team Members with tasks.
  • Work with front desk team members to prepare meeting rooms and set out and clean up meeting room refreshments/meals.
  • Assist members with getting into online classes.
  • Stocking store and notifying proper person if inventory appears low.
  • Broker Verification Project.
  • Process Code of Ethics records.
  • Supra system projects.
  • Event setup/tear down help.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The ideal candidate for this multi-faced role will possess:

  • High energy, maturity, and enthusiasm for helping REALTOR® members be successful.
  • Sincere commitment to working collaboratively with staff, board, committee leadership and members.
  • Must be reliable, responsible with strong self-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • MS office and database proficiency
  • Prior experience in real estate is a plus but cannot possess an active real estate license.
