SPAAR members find value in Northern Lights leadership training

SPAAR officers and its Board of Directors joined other local Association officers and Board of Directors for leadership training as part of the Minnesota Realtors® Northern Lights conference.
Leading the session was 2011 National Association of REALTORS® President Ron Phipps who used his experiences to present ideas and concepts about leadership in a way that will be remembered for years to come. Participants further benefited from the creative and collaborative approach to leadership with a strong start in 2024.
