Process for inactive real estate licenses

SPAAR - 06/07/2024

Beginning July 8, SPAAR’s Member Services team members will look up every member who contacts the Association by checking the pulse portal system to verify they have an active license. If the team members run across inactive licenses, they are required to turn off MLS access until the member notifies SPAAR that his or her license has been activated again.

In August, provided the timing remains the same this year, Minnesota Realtors® will forward SPAAR a copy of all the licenses that are inactive. Then, SPAAR's team will go through and inactivate any MLS accounts that are in its membership and notify the member and broker about the inactive license(s).
