First quarter MLS invoices are due December 31

First quarter MLS billing notices were sent to members via email on December 4 from billing@spaar.com. As a reminder, payment must be received on or before December 31 to avoid suspension of MLS access. If not paid on or before December 31, you will incur a $25 reinstatement fee. Click here to access your portal account. Remember to check spam or junk folders if the email isn't found in your inbox.
MLS Billing schedule – important dates to remember:
First Quarter – notices are sent beginning of December, dues December 31
Second Quarter – notices are sent beginning of March, due March 31
Third Quarter – notices are sent beginning of June, due June 30
Fourth Quarter – notices are sent beginning of September, due September 30
