Seller activity rose while buyer activity slowed across the state in March, according to new data from the Minnesota state and Twin Cities metro REALTOR® Associations.

SPAAR members had the opportunity to participate in a survey to help the association identify areas where it ranked strong as well as areas where improvement could be made. This survey, offered in the fall of 2025, was coordinated in partnership with T3 Sixty, an independent consulting firm.
