Membership renewal is now open

The 2027 Membership dues billing notices were sent to SPAAR members on September 9, 2026, from billing@spaar.com.

Here is more information about the 2027 SPAAR Dues Billing, including a link to the payment portal.

Here are a couple of key billing dates to note:

• By September 25: SPAAR members, who are primary Realtors®, may take advantage of SPAAR's payment plan by signing up on or before this date via the SPAAR portal.
• By November 30: avoid a $50 late fee by paying your SPAAR 2027 Annual Membership Renewal on or before this date.
