SPAAR introduces L3

What is L3?

L3 stands for Local Markets, Local Advocacy and Local Connections. It's an advocacy and education-focused signature event offered by SPAAR that takes the Better Business Exchange programs beyond the Association office by hosting events throughout the communities where SPAAR members live and work.

By meeting in different local markets, members gain firsthand insight into local issues, connect with community leaders, and learn about advocacy initiatives, economic development and timely hot topics affecting their business and clients.

L3: Local Markets. Local Advocacy. Local Connections.

Sessions could include:

• Networking with local Realtors® and industry partners
• Updates from local elected officials, city staff or community organizations
• Advocacy issues affecting the local market
• Hot-topic education relevant to today's real estate environment
• Current market trends, stats & updates
