SPAAR’s first-ever L3 event was a success!
SPAAR - 10/26/2026
SPAAR hosted its first-ever L3 event on October 22 in Eagan. L3 stands for Local Markets, Local Advocacy and Local Connections. The event brought together the hot and trending education topics and networking aspects of SPAAR's long-standing Better Business Exchange program to combine it with city and county education programs, local advocacy and market intelligence, making it a convenient, information-packed, and locally-relevant opportunity for members.
Attendees earned 1.5 hours of continuing education credits while enjoying pastries, fruit and coffee, and hearing from Jill Morrison-Mixon discuss marketing strategies to help Realtors® define their niche.
During lunch, attendees heard from Eagan’s mayor, Mike Maguire, about the successful redevelopment happening in Eagan, and Minnesota Realtors®’ Director of Research, David Arbit, who delivered a timely Twin Cities housing market update. Lastly, attendees learned from Brandon Johnson about how Realtors® can best leverage AI for their businesses.
This was the first of what is expected to be many L3 events, with the next one scheduled for April 8, 2027, with the location to be determined. Nate Johnson is slated to be one of the speakers at this event.
