Columbia Heights establishes Time of Sale Program
At the City Council Meeting, on April 22, the City of Columbia Heights passed Ordinance 1695, which established a Time of Sale Program within the City, which was then shared with members of the local real estate community.
Minnesota Housing announces new first-generation homebuyer loan program
Minnesota Housing will be launching the Agency First-Generation Homebuyer Loan program this spring.

Habitat for Humanity’s Spring 2024 Home Celebration is open to SPAAR members
SPAAR’s Housing Affordability Task Force donated $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity in 2023. These funds went directly toward helping a family in need to purchase a home in Roseville’s Community Land Trust.
MSP Home Tour is this Saturday and Sunday
SPAAR was contacted to welcome its members to attend the MSP Home Tour on Saturday, April 27, and Sunday, April 28, from 11am to 5pm.
