Columbia Heights establishes Time of Sale Program

At the City Council Meeting, on April 22, the City of Columbia Heights passed Ordinance 1695, which established a Time of Sale Program within the City, which was then shared with members of the local real estate community.

SPAAR Government Affairs staff were notified via an official letter with notification of the new program, the program outlines, and Ordinance 1695.

The program will begin on May 22; any house listed or transferred prior to May 22, 2024, is exempt from the new Time of Sale Requirements.
