Wendy Uzelac is SPAAR’s RPAC Investor of the Month

Wendy Uzelac has been named SPAAR’s RPAC Investor of the Month for June 2026.

Wendy has been a Realtor® for more than 35 years and has been a broker of the RE/MAX Northwoods Team for 21 years. Wendy is currently the 2026 president of Minnesota Realtors®. She is deeply committed to her clients and dedicated to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in the industry.

Wendy holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) real estate designation and is a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which honors agents who earn more than $1 million in commissions during their careers. A past president of the Itasca County Board of Realtors®, she serves the Grand Rapids community as Centennial Rotary Club past president. She belongs to the local chapter of Business Network International (BNI) and holds ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, GRI and RSPS designations.

Wendy is a steadfast advocate for the Realtor® Political Action Committee (RPAC). A respected RPAC Investor for 25 years, Wendy was inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame yesterday, on June 14, while in Washington DC at the NAR Realtors® Legislative Meetings Conference.
