Steven Tran named SPAAR Affiliate of the Month for May 2026

Steven Tran has been named the SPAAR Affiliate of the Month for May 2026. He is an active member of SPAAR’s Metro YPN Committee and his energy and enthusiasm shine in both his volunteer roles at SPAAR and in his job as a loan officer with Fairway Home Mortgage.

Steven, who always has a smile on his face, is known for helping people.

“I will ask how you’re doing and want to go deep because I care,” said Steven, who is an advocate for getting involved. “I’m a big fan of SPAAR’s new member orientations. Being able to help members early in their business and to be able to serve as a resource for them is a good time and something I truly value.”

Steven is an advocate for getting involved at SPAAR at some level to support fellow Realtors® and to network with other Affiliates. He noted that if the commitment to serving on a committee feels like too much, attending events is another great way to become connected and engaged.

Outside of work and SPAAR, Steven enjoys prospecting.

“Checking in on my partners and sphere of influence or scrolling through the stories and reels of family and friends are all ways to keep connected,” Steven said.

When he really wants an escape, Steven is a big fan of Cancun. He loves a good all-inclusive resort and says he’s set as long as there’s reliable Wi-Fi to work and unlimited food and beverages to enjoy.
