SPAAR installs Jennifer Livingston as its 2025 President

SPAAR installed Jennifer Livingston as its 2025 President on January 9 during its annual Winter Social.

Jennifer was given an over-the-top welcome by the Winter Carnival Vulcan Krewe, an unexpected surprise that invigorated the attendees, which included Jennifer's three preteen and teenage sons and her nephew. Jennifer shared a bit of her vision, including a short video segment (see the extended video interview here) that was conducted interview-style along with 2025 President-elect Danielle Bickham Pelton, 2025 Treasurer Charlie Lefebvre and SPAAR CEO Gabe Walsh.

Attendees also had the privilege to hear from SPAAR's 2024 President Amy Peterson as she shared highlights of her year, and some of her most memorable moments.

Also installed during the Winter Social were the newest members to SPAAR's Board of Directors.

In addition to the installation, the evening shined a light on SPAAR's annual awards that went to four deserving recipients, as follows:

• 2024 REALTOR® of the Year: Brianne Lawrence
• 2024 William Tschohl/James Stanton Distinguished Service: Tom Wiener
• 2024 Rising Star: Colin Voerding
• 2024 Affiliate of the Year: Steven Tran

SPAAR's 2024 Leadership SPAAR team also received certificates and applause for their commitment to future leadership roles and opportunities.

Held at the Saint Paul Hotel, the evening was filled with camaraderie, a delicious meal, award highlights and the installation, creating warm memories at the start of a new year.
