SPAAR Affiliate of the Month: Q&A with Shelley Goldman

Congratulations to Shelley Goldman who has been named SPAAR Affiliate of the Month for December 2025. Shelley currently serves on SPAAR’s Affiliate Committee and is an active member of SPAAR who is present at many of the association’s event throughout the year.

Get to know more about Shelley through the following brief Q&A.

SPAAR: What’s your favorite local spot to grab coffee or lunch?

Shelley: There are so many great places to eat in the Twin Cities, yet I would say Bacio In Minnetonka. They have amazing food, great bread and delicious salads in addition to great staff and wonderful service. During the warmer months I love eating outside on the patio.

SPAAR: What's one tip you'd give to agents working with an affiliate like you?

Shelley: I love connecting with agents and it’s why I have been in the home warranty industry for 19-plus years. One tip I’d share is to educate buyers and sellers about the value of a home warranty to protect their home, often their biggest asset. This industry is all about relationships and I truly enjoy working with agents and helping them and their clients.

SPAAR: What is the best thing to know about you?

Shelley: The reason I love my job is working with Realtors®, loan officers, title reps and other Affiliates to make a positive connection with them. I’ll work nights and weekends to help these professionals and their clients. I am a positive and outgoing person who is truly passionate about selling home warranties. And a fun fact is my favorite artist is Van Gogh.

SPAAR: Just for fun, which emoji best describes you?

Shelley: Simple I would say the smile emoji because I am always happy, both personally and professionally. I think a smile a day is necessary every day!
