Dan Sherman named Affiliate of the Month for June 2026

Dan Sherman has been named SPAAR's Affiliate of the Month for June 2026.

A self-proclaimed “bird guy,” as well as a buffalo chicken wing connoisseur, Dan's work life keeps him busy as a photographer with Stainless Real Estate Photography.

Dan served on SPAAR's Affiliate Committee for a number of years and speaks highly of the community of people who consistently strive to do the right thing, including treating others with respect and integrity.

From the Realtors® he met through his involvement to the Affiliates he served alongside on the committee for years, "everyone consistently acts with the highest level of care possible," said Dan, who added it's a blessing to find others who share and value those same attributes.

Dan’s favorite success story in his business is what he calls a “Hail Mary” photoshoot. A broker’s team member was on the verge of losing a client after the seller grew frustrated with the lack of buyer interest in the property. Dan stepped in to support the listing with his photography, aiming to give the home a fresh perspective and renewed appeal. In the end, the seller not only stayed with the brokerage, but the home sold—turning a high-pressure situation into a successful outcome and leaving everyone involved with happy clients.

“This experience was one of those moments where we got to see the immediate impact of our work and how it truly helped people,” said Dan. “The experience also became the most fulfilling transaction of my career!”

Dan claims his favorite pump-up song is “Heart of a Champion” by Nelly and urges anyone unfamiliar with it to listen to it "right now". Outside of work, Dan and his friends have become obsessed with curling after watching the 2026 Olympics and can often be found seeking out local clubs and enjoying the sport whenever possible.
