SPAAR all-member survey starts today — August 18! Take the survey and be entered to win free member dues and other prizes!

SPAAR - 08/15/2025

The SPAAR 2025 T3 Sixty all-member survey was delivered to inboxes early this morning from survey@t3sixty.com. Today through Friday, August 29, SPAAR members have the opportunity to provide feedback and, in return, be entered for some great prizes.

As a member-driven organization, SPAAR wants to hear from members firsthand before starting its strategic planning work this fall. There are a series of questions and, among the input, SPAAR wants to learn answers to questions such as: Where should SPAAR focus its energy? What can SPAAR do better? What’s going well?

T3 Sixty is a trusted advisor and management consultancy in the residential real estate brokerage industry. T3 Sixty has been conducting performance surveys with Associations nationally for more than five years using a standardized scoring and ranking methodology to generate industry benchmarks across five specific performance categories, which are:

  • Satisfaction and Value
  • Leadership
  • Support and Services
  • Data
  • Technology

This survey is an opportunity to help shape SPAAR's future...AND...the following prizes awarded to three lucky survey participants!

  • In week one: participants will be entered to win and have a quarter of their annual NorthstarMLS fees paid.
  • In week two: participants will be entered to win a SPAAR Education Pass.
  • Grand prize: all participants will be entered to win FREE 2026 Realtor® member dues.

The survey is expected to take 15 minutes to complete on average. Thank you in advance for taking time to complete the all-member survey. SPAAR truly values your input and is excited for a bright future.
