SPAAR members to represent on Minnesota Realtors® Leadership Academy

Three SPAAR members were selected to be part of the inaugural class of the Minnesota Realtors® Leadership Academy, which aims to develop driven, experienced leaders today who will shape tomorrow's real estate industry.

This new, premier leadership development program of Minnesota Realtors® (MNR) will kick off with a 10-member founding cohort and was created to prepare Realtors® to lead in real estate locally, statewide and beyond.

SPAAR members selected as part of the Class of 2027 inaugural cohort are Amanda Cox Zuppan, Elba Guille Garza and Nichole Hayden.

Via in-person and virtual sessions, the cohort participants will build their leadership identity, gain hands-on advocacy experience and receive direct access to, and mentorship from, MNR’s current and past leadership. The sessions are anchored to signature MNR events including the Northern Lights Leadership Summit, Realtor® Day at the Capitol and the UNITE! Convention, where the first class will graduate in fall 2027.

The Class of 2027 cohort that includes Amanda, Guille and Nichole was announced during a Camp UNITE! celebration luncheon on October 8 at the Minneapolis Marriott NW in Brooklyn Park.
