It’s that time of year again, and SPAAR is collecting full-size bar soap, on behalf of its Realtor® and Affiliate members, to be donated to 30 food shelves throughout SPAAR’s 12-county service area.
SPAAR’s On-Demand Education is up and running with new courses added regularly
SPAAR’s On-Demand Education has added the 23/24 General Module: Fair Housing, Agency Law and Legal Update to its catalog of available courses, which will continue to expand over the coming months.

A longtime staff member of SPAAR, Jerri Hammer is retiring after 44 years of service to the Association.
Homes for sale down in Twin Cities, up slightly statewide
Minneapolis Area Realtors and the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors also put out a report on the Twin Cities regional market. While new listings throughout the state were up, new listings in the Twin Cities declined 1.1% in October, although the report notes that this is the lowest decline since May 2022.

Each volunteer board member devotes a portion of their time and talent on behalf of all SPAAR members each month.
