Brian Bolier named SPAAR’s RPAC Investor of the Month for November 2025

Brian has been in the real estate business since 1998 and is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Brian is currently the Regional Vice President at Coldwell Banker Realty where he oversees sales offices in the Twin Cities Metro Areas, Rochester and Western Wisconsin. In this role, he focuses on growth, talent and execution across multiple offices and manages approximately 2,000 real estate professionals. He has received multiple awards for his top-selling skills and first-class customer service.

Brian is an RPAC Major Investor and has invested in RPAC for the last two decades. He understands the important role RPAC plays in protecting Realtors® and the real estate industry at the local, state and national levels.
