SPAAR members helped “Raise the Bar” to make an impact in soap donations
SPAAR’s 2023 #thanksgivingback “Raise the Bar” collection drive during November resulted in approximately 5,500 full-size bars of soap.Help SPAAR raise the bar in its final week of the member soap collection. #thanksgivingback
It’s that time of year again, and SPAAR is collecting full-size bar soap, on behalf of its Realtor® and Affiliate members, to be donated to 30 food shelves throughout SPAAR’s 12-county service area.
Still openings to volunteer with Open Arms on December 7
SPAAR members will help prepare a special holiday meal families can share together as part of the Open Arms Kitchen Crew on Thursday, December 7, from 2-4:30pm.

SPAAR members hosted Bingo Day at nonprofit Emma Norton Services on November 17.
SPAAR supports teachers and classrooms
At the beginning of the school year, SPAAR put out a call to more than 500 schools in SPAAR’s service area with information about classroom resources. Teachers were invited to share their online wish lists (Target, Amazon, etc.) for a chance to receive $100 in items from their respective lists. Twenty gifts were awarded to teachers.
