What a Government Shutdown means for Realtors® (as of October 1, 2025).

Congress failed to approve funding for government operations by the September 30, 2025, deadline, which has resulted in a partial government shutdown. This means many, but not all, government programs, including some that impact federal housing and mortgage programs, have been suspended or slowed due to the lapse in government funding.
