Tour The Nine at Lexington Station

SPAAR members are invited to tour The Nine at Lexington Station (411 Lexington Pkwy N, St. Paul, MN 55104) on Tuesday, September 23, from 10-11:30am.
The Nine is a middle-income building with half of its 304 apartments restricted to residents earning 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less. This housing development is a unicorn in the affordable housing space as it was built with only a special 4d tax classification from the City of Saint Paul; no other typical subsidies were involved.
This tour is a great opportunity to check out this new development and learn about how this affordable housing "unicorn" was brought to fruition.
