Take part in SPAAR’s 2026 School Supply Challenge

Create stronger communities by being part of the team that helps send local kids back to school with the supplies they need.

SPAAR needs member support to collect school supplies so kids start the year off right. This year, SPAAR is trying something new.

Collected items will be donated to Kids in Need Foundation, a national nonprofit that provides teachers and classrooms in the Twin Cities with supplies for the year ahead. To do so, SPAAR members can engage in some friendly competition.

Each week SPAAR is highlighting a different school supply---and a different SPAAR Champion.

Pick a team and pick a supply or supplies to donate. Items may be dropped off or delivered to SPAAR (325 Roselawn Avenue East) and will be collected during the specific dates above, and then until Labor Day.
