Monique Garza, a REALTOR® and member of the Cottage Grove City Council, is SPAAR’s REALTOR® Champion of the Month for February 2025!

Councilmember Garza is a dedicated advocate with a passion for community service and civic engagement. Her professional background as a REALTOR® has provided her with invaluable insights into Cottage Grove's growth and evolving needs.

Councilmember Garza is very active in the community as both a REALTOR® and citizen. She is a volunteer on both SPAAR’s and the Minnesota Realtors’® Government Affairs and DEI Committee’s, she serves on the Board of the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce, and she’s the Founder of “Movies with Mo” a cherished Cottage Grove community event fostering local unity.
