SPAAR seeks member participation on task forces

SPAAR has an opportunity for members to help shape the vision for the future and is seeking members to participate. The commitment is six hours over the course of three meetings.

The beauty of a task force is that they are created for a specific function and then the recommendations are forwarded to the Board of Directors. It's a great way for members to take part and know they're part of the change to help shape the future of an organization. SPAAR has two new task force opportunities coming together, which are:

The Membership Task Force – this group's purpose is to help SPAAR strengthen the member experience by evaluating current membership offerings, engagement strategies, communication practices and by providing recommendations to enhance overall member value. Apply to be part of the Membership Task Force.

The Broker Advisory Task Force – this group's purpose is to provide input to SPAAR’s Board of Directors on emerging and rapidly-changing challenges and opportunities faced by brokerages affiliated with SPAAR. Help to identify solutions to these challenges with a focus on education, communications and programs presented by SPAAR. Apply to be part of the Broker Advisory Task Force.
