The “Realtor of the Year” award is a prestigious recognition given annually by SPAAR to a member who exemplifies the Realtor Spirit through the highest standards of the profession.

Recipients have shown an outstanding dedication to the real estate industry, their community, and their association.

Information/Candidate Eligibility Criteria

1 – Nominee must be a Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® member.

2- Nominee must have made contributions that show outstanding dedication to the real estate industry.

3 – Nominee must show dedication to the real estate profession and uphold a professional business reputation.

4 – Nominee must show involvement in the greater real estate community through State or National REALTOR® organizations and/or affiliated groups.

5 – Nominee must be involved in non-real estate related community service activities

6 – Nominee will be selected based on contributions over the course of the past 12 months.
