SPAAR members showed their Realtor® spirit in the Grande Day Parade

More than 50 SPAAR members, staff members, families and friends took part in the Saint Paul Winter Carnival's King Boreas Grande Day Parade on January 25, bundling up to brave the cold and share their Realtor® spirit with the parade attendees.

SPAAR's 2025 Leadership Team of President Jennifer Livingston, President-elect Danielle Bickham Pelton and Treasurer Charlie Lefebvre participated in one of their first local public-facing events of the year. The parade meandered down Grand Avenue from Dale Street to Lexington Parkway, a new route after many years taking place in downtown St. Paul.

SPAAR members handed out bags and enjoyed chatting with attendees along the way.

SPAAR served as a silver sponsor of this year's Grande Day Parade.
