SPAAR members earn Golden Rule Recognition honors

SPAAR members Kelvin Greene and Dan Schneider were recently nominated to receive Golden Rule Recognition.

Kelvin, who serves as manager of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Lakeville office, was nominated for being an encouragement to everyone.

“The Golden Rule honor fits Kelvin. It speaks to his willingness to help others even when they may not be able to return the favor. Just because it's the right thing to do. He has set a high standard that has rubbed off on others in the office,” said Pamela Rasmussen, who nominated Kelvin. “Kelvin goes above and beyond his job. He checks in with all of us on our business, but also cares about our personal lives. When I told him my son was with another broker, but wanted to join an office that would not have been a financial benefit to him, he still spent time consulting with me and made phone calls to get him in the right spot. This showed me what great character he has, and even though his job is demanding, he doesn’t hesitate to step in when he sees a need.”

Also recognized is Dan, a Realtor® with Vibe Realty who is considered hard-working, energetic, kind, caring and compassionate. He's also incredibly funny and witty, which helps brighten everyone's day.

“Dan is incredibly generous and always puts others first. He lives the Golden Rule every day and I'm so thankful I get to work with him and call him my friend,” said Meghan Howard, who submitted the nomination for Dan. “He is my go-to for real estate related questions. Dan always picks up the phone if he's available and, if he's not, he will quickly text you to let you know when he might be able to help. He goes above and beyond for his clients, co-workers, fellow Realtors®, friends and family.”
