Second annual Twin Cities Diversity Homeownership Fair included volunteer involvement and sponsorship by SPAAR

SPAAR was a major sponsor of the second annual Twin Cities Diversity Homeownership Fair held May 20 in Brooklyn Center.  The Fair was organized by NAREB, AREAA, NAHREP and LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

In its second year, the event featured education for prospective homebuyers in multiple languages and information about resources for homeownership from vendors and nonprofits.

SPAAR’s exhibit Owning Up! was included in the event, which was funded in part by a Level II Fair Housing Grant provided by NAR.
