RPAC Investor of the Month: Nichole Hayden

Nichole Hayden is SPAAR's March 2025 RPAC Investor of the Month.

Nichole is an incredibly engaged volunteer at both SPAAR and Minnesota Realtors® (MNR). She serves on SPAAR’s Board of Directors, Housing Affordability Task Force, RPAC Subcommittee, Communications Committee and participates in SPAAR’s housing book club.

At MNR, Nichole serves on the Government Affairs and Steering Committees. She is also an RPAC Major Investor.
