Professor Kenneth Ahern, of University of Southern California – Marshall School of Business and the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) is the co-author of “Robbing Peter to Pay Paul? The Redistribution of Wealth Caused by Rent Control” abstract on St. Paul’s Rent Control decision.
