Postcard distribution notice

SPAAR members recently reported receiving postcards with the return address of Burnett et al v The National Association of Realtors et al c/o JND Legal Administration. The notice is related to partial, proposed settlement of this case by some of the named defendants. The image shown captures part of the message from these postcards.

Members may want to discuss with their broker or manager how to respond to questions they may receive from homeowners about these postcards. Concerned homeowners may choose to consult legal counsel.
