The Dakota County Board of Appeal and Equalization has a vacancy for District 3 and SPAAR is looking for a Realtor® to fill this vacancy. District 3 serves the cities of Lilydale, Mendota, Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake and Eagan precincts 1-12.

The Dakota County Board of Appeal and Equalization reviews and adjusts property valuations and classifications for tax purposes. It acts as an appeal body for property owners who disagree with their property's assessed value or classification as determined by the county assessor. The board's decisions can impact property taxes.
