SPAAR’s Committee for DEI has partnered with MAR’s Diversity Committee to sponsor a Lunch & Learn on December 13. Presenters will share info about FirstHome, a down payment assistance program that is directly targeting disparities in homeownership with up to $93,150 in assistance for income-eligible, first-generation homebuyers. FirstHome is open to buyers purchasing in Ramsey County, outside of the City of St. Paul.
The Lunch & Learn will include info about other DPA Programs and updates about DEI initiatives underway at MAR and SPAAR. Lunch provided by Movement Mortgage.
In-person or ZOOM participation is available.
