Keeping current on education

Minnesota licensees are required to complete 30 real estate CE credits in their two year cycle, with a minimum of 15 CE credits in the first year of the cycle; the annual cycle is July 1 to June 30.

In addition, Realtors® are required to take the Code of Ethics course every three years; the current three-year period is January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024.
