Join SPAAR’s Housing Affordability Task Force

SPAAR is seeking members who are passionate about making housing more affordable and accessible in the local communities where Realtors^® live and work.

SPAAR’s Housing Affordability Task Force, which brings together like-minded Realtors^® who want to be part of the solution, meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 11am via Zoom to discuss key issues impacting housing affordability and availability across Minnesota. Together, the Housing Affordability Task Force explores ways to better educate Realtors^® on these topics and take meaningful action through initiatives such as:

• A twice-yearly housing-focused book club
• SPAAR’s annual Housing Resource Fair
• Special events and tours—like the upcoming visit to a Tiny Home community in Maplewood

Members who join the Housing Affordability Task Force will expand their professional network, deepen their understanding of housing policy and affordability challenges, and help move the needle toward more attainable housing options.
