Introducing SPAAR’s 2022 Board of Directors: Meet Lou Thao

SPAAR - 11/15/2022

A teacher. A social worker. These were the careers Lou Thao wanted to pursue when she grew up. Now having been a Realtor® for nearly a decade following a career in finance, some advice she’d give her younger self would be to start in real estate sooner. In fact, Lou first started out in real estate through investing before she became an agent.

When it comes to homes, Lou’s favorite architectural style is the ranch, or rambler, style. She suggests light grey as the best go-to paint color and her recommended staging tip is that less is more.

“I spend a lot of time with my kids, doing their extracurricular activities, being outdoors, hiking, biking and volunteering at community events outside of work,” said Lou, who shared that Eye of the Tiger by Survivor is a song that would be found on her must-have playlist.

The SPAAR Board of Directors provides strategic direction, leadership and guidance for the Association and its committees. Thank you, Lou, for your work with SPAAR.
