Introducing SPAAR Workshop–Learning Labs

Sometimes members don’t need more information, but rather just need time to practice.

Not every learning experience needs a clock running in the corner.

Workshop–Learning Labs are a new SPAAR member benefit designed for agents who want a slower, step-by-step, hands-on learning experience.

These are not lecture-style classes, and they’re not timed CE sessions. They’re guided working sessions where members may log in, follow along, ask questions, click the buttons, and truly understand the process, building confidence in real time.

These labs are ideal for members who:

• Want a little more support walking through a tool or process
• Prefer learning by doing instead of just listening
• Need time to practice in a low-pressure environment
• Appreciate a clear, structured walk-through without the rush

For members who have left a class thinking, “I need to try that again when I get back to my desk,” this may be a great fit.

Whether newer to the industry or simply wanting to sharpen systems, Workshop–Learning Labs are a new member benefit created to support real skill-building at a pace that works for each individual.

Members just need to bring their laptop, log in, and follow along.
