Inactive license? Learn how to resolve it.
SPAAR - 07/28/2025
SPAAR this week has begun verifying members who have not completed the necessary Continuing Education (CE) requirements to renew their license. Any members who did not complete the CE requirements by June 30, 2025, have had their license inactivated by the Department of Commerce.
Members with inactive licenses with the Department of Commerce do not qualify for MLS or Supra access. Those MLS and Supra accounts will remain suspended by SPAAR until the license is active again.
License status may be verified by accessing www.pulseportal.com, select a board = real estate and choose search licensees.
Licenses can be searched via name or number. To determine next steps for a license listed as inactive, contact the Department of Commerce to find out what is required for reinstatement of the license by phone at (651) 539-1599 or by email at Licensing.commerce@state.mn.us.
