SPAAR is adding On Demand style CE
At the end of 2021, SPAAR's annual survey included a few specific questions pertaining to where and how members complete their continuing education. Her assumption was confirmed when the annual survey results tallied an overwhelming response in favor of SPAAR exploring a new direction of providing continuing education.
Statement on rent control from SPAAR
St. Paul’s rent control ballot measure was approved with 53% of the vote in last week’s election on November 2, 2021.

SPAAR Creates Housing Affordability Task Force
The Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® (SPAAR) has formed a Housing Affordability Task Force to join local efforts in identifying solutions to make housing more affordable and accessible.
