Hail the Purple! SPAAR member Ron Mikolai experienced an action-packed year as Euros, Prince of the East Wind
Hailing from the 2024 Saint Paul Winter Carnival Royal House of Dungarvin is Euros, Prince of the East Wind, who is one of King Boreas’ four brothers. Behind the legend character of Euros is Ron Mikolai, a SPAAR member and Realtor® with the Ron Mikolai Home Team of Keller Williams Premier Realty, who is wrapping up his first year of involvement with the Winter Carnival.

For Danielle Bickham Pelton and her family, the St. Paul Winter Carnival is more than a celebration. The Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors® supports Mayor Carter’s proposed budget with an emphasis on “All-In Housing,” especially efforts to increase housing availability through Mayor Carter’s recommendation to amend the Saint Paul’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance to exempt properties built after December 31, 2004.
SPAAR members installed on Women’s Council of REALTORS®-Twin Cities Metro
SPAAR member Nicko Spehn was installed as 2025 president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®-Twin Cities Metro in a ceremony on November 21. In addition, SPAAR member Susan Mall was installed on its Board of Directors.
REALTORS® Charitable Foundation gives back to SPAAR members and community partners
It’s been another busy year for the REALTORS® Charitable Foundation. The Foundation named Spare Key its 2024 grant recipient and, in April, Foundation members attended its annual Groove Gala. There, Foundation members had the opportunity to educate attendees about REALTORS® Charitable Foundation and its efforts to support Spare Key, which helps families in medical crisis with financial assistance through its Help Me Bounce platform.
