SPAAR members installed on Women’s Council of REALTORS®-Twin Cities Metro
SPAAR member Nicko Spehn was installed as 2025 president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®-Twin Cities Metro in a ceremony on November 21. In addition, SPAAR member Susan Mall was installed on its Board of Directors.
REALTORS® Charitable Foundation gives back to SPAAR members and community partners
It’s been another busy year for the REALTORS® Charitable Foundation. The Foundation named Spare Key its 2024 grant recipient and, in April, Foundation members attended its annual Groove Gala. There, Foundation members had the opportunity to educate attendees about REALTORS® Charitable Foundation and its efforts to support Spare Key, which helps families in medical crisis with financial assistance through its Help Me Bounce platform.

Affordability inches up alongside inventory while sales stabilize
“Buyers are pleased to have better affordability and more options to choose from,” said Amy Peterson, President of the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS®. “For the most part, sellers still hold the reigns in this market even with the additional inventory we’ve seen.”
