The result of SPAAR's 2024 #thanksgivingback collection drive throughout November meant 3,245 cans and packages of soup were distributed to 15 food shelves, touching all 12 counties within SPAAR's service area.

The countdown’s on…for the Code of Ethics
As part of REALTOR® membership with the National Association of REALTORS®, members are required to take a Code of Ethics course every three years. The current three-year period is January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024.

Hailing from the 2024 Saint Paul Winter Carnival Royal House of Dungarvin is Euros, Prince of the East Wind, who is one of King Boreas’ four brothers. Behind the legend character of Euros is Ron Mikolai, a SPAAR member and Realtor® with the Ron Mikolai Home Team of Keller Williams Premier Realty, who is wrapping up his first year of involvement with the Winter Carnival.
