SPAAR is selling SPAAR-branded hats and scarves as part of a warm-weather bundle in time for the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Grande Day Parade on January 25. The items are one-size fits all and $20 per bundle; they may be purchased by contacting SPAAR, and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis while supplies last.
The hat and scarf bundles will be available for pickup in mid-January.
