Litigation around the country regarding the treatment of brokerage commissions, including the Moehrl case in Minnesota, has been ongoing for some time now. Some courts have certified cases as being class-action suits.

Fourth quarter MLS billing notices were sent to members via email on September 5 from billing@spaar.com. As a reminder, payment must be received on or before September 30, 2023, to avoid suspension of MLS access.
