As shared by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) today, August 19, Nykia Wright has been named its permanent Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. SPAAR members who are REALTORS® had the opportunity to vote from August 14-16 on potential changes to the SPAAR Bylaws. Below are the vote results as well as a recap of the two actions that were voted upon.
SPAAR present at Contracts for Deed field hearing held at UST
SPAAR’s Government Affairs Directors, along with Senator Tina Smith, Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, and Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, attended the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFBP) field hearing on Contracts for Deed at the University of St. Thomas on August 13.
