Did you know there are many benefits available to you as a member of SPAAR, MNR and NAR? Check out the member benefits available in a variety of categories designed to help you in your business.
These member benefits are updated periodically and being shared now during the 2024 membership dues period.
Dues for the 2024 membership cover local, state and national fees.
The dues breakdown is as follows:
- SPAAR dues will remain at $179 for 2024
- Minnesota Realtors® dues will be $209 for 2024
- National Association of REALTORS® dues will be $201 for 2024 ($156 for dues + $45 PR campaign assessment)
The SPAAR 2024 Annual Membership Renewal is due on or before November 30, 2023, to avoid a $50 late fee. 2024 dues billing information can be found here.
