1 – Nominee must be a Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS® Affiliate member.

2 – Nominee must have made contributions that show outstanding dedication to the real estate industry.

3 – Nominee must show dedication to the real estate profession and uphold a professional business reputation.

4 – Nominee must show involvement in SPAAR or its partners in the real estate community.
