Old Home Certified course open to SPAAR members

Rethos is welcoming SPAAR members to take part in the 2024 Old Home Certified, a Rethos-exclusive Realtor® designation.
This two-day course will feature experts in architecture, policy, historic preservation, and is worth 13.5 credits of Continuing Education for Minnesota Real Estate Agents. Rethos' updated curriculum will include new topics on sustainability, affordability and housing access for old homes. Old Home Certified is team-taught by local architects, preservation professionals, geographers and Realtors®.
The Old Home Certified designation course is February 5-6 at the historic Landmark Center in St. Paul. The first 10 SPAAR members to use discount code SPAAR24 at check-out will receive $50 off registration.
