4 Ways To Get Involved In SPAAR

SPAAR offers many ways for members to get involved, and it can sometimes be tricky to know all the opportunities. Because of this, we compiled a list of different ways you can be involved at SPAAR!

1 – Join A Committee

Committees are one of the easiest ways to get involved and one of the best ways to start. SPAAR has a total of seven committees for members to join, each with a specific mission. Whether you’re interested in networking, community involvement, or advocacy, SPAAR has a committee that’s right for you! 2 – Toastmasters Club

Going on year three, SPAAR’s Toastmaster International club assists members in becoming excellent public speakers, growing their leadership abilities, and teaching meeting management skills. Toastmaster’s meetings are held every two weeks and they always accept new members to the club.

3 – REALTOR® Success Academy

The REALTOR® SUCCESS ACADEMY is SPAAR’s professional development path for Better Agents.  This path has been developed to guide a member through four distinct programs that build upon each other to help shape the future success of each REALTOR® by giving them an understanding of their purpose and value in the real estate industry.

4 – Events, Drives, and Fundraisers

SPAAR and SPAAR committees organize and put on events, drives, and fundraisers all through the year. A few of the annual ones include Cheers For Charity, Better Brokers Series, Dresser Build, and Blue Star Mothers Drive. SPAAR publishes upcoming events on the SPAAR calendar, social media, eNews, and E&E.
